How do I verify my account?

After signing up, you'll receive a verification code via email or SMS. Enter this code in the app to verify your account. Verified accounts have access to additional features and help maintain the integrity of our platform.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password by tapping "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll be redirected to our password reset page where you can choose to receive a verification code via email or phone number. Once verified, you can set a new password.

How does review verification work?

TrustQA uses advanced verification systems to authenticate reviews and ensure they come from real users with genuine experiences. Our system checks various signals to verify authenticity, helping you make informed decisions based on trusted information.

Can I edit or delete my reviews?

Yes, you can edit or delete your reviews at any time from your profile. Simply go to "My Reviews" in the app, select the review you want to modify, and choose to edit or delete it.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you encounter content that violates our community guidelines, you can report it by tapping the three-dot menu on any review or content item and selecting "Report." Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

How do I change my email address or phone number?

You can update your contact information in the app settings under "Account Information." You'll need to verify the new email address or phone number before the change takes effect.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your reviews and data will be removed from our platform.

Is my personal information secure?
